Begin with a short warm up, no more than 45 seconds to a minute. Once warm, increase your treadmill’s incline until it reaches the highest setting, and walk for 30 seconds at 2.5 mph. - Twisting Crunches: Beginning like regular crunches, however when sitting up, bring one elbow to the OPPOSITE knee. Repeat 5-7 repetitions for each side, 2 separate sets.
