Organic or Not Organic?

Hey ladies, eating too many pesticide-ridden foods has been linked to cancer (and even weight gain), so as much as we’re telling you to eat a ton of fruits and vegetables, it’s important to know which ones you should buy organic — when you can.

This has been our general  rule of thumb: Anything with a thick skin, that you peel off and throw away, is okay to buy non-organic (but still be sure to wash your hands before you eat) — and the fruits/veggies with skin that’s directly sprayed, that you eat, you should buy organic. And then we came across this helpful chart the other day, so we thought we’d share, it outlines which foods are generally sprayed with fewer pesticides.
