Detox! Vegan and Gluten-Free Recipes!
If you’re not hip to the benefits of vegan eating and/or gluten-free eating, here’s a brief overview: Animal cruelty arguments aside, eating vegan means eating fewer synthetic growth hormones (which have been linked to breast cancer, early on-set puberty in girls and will make you gain weight, i.e. “growth” hormones). Gluten-free eating means less inflammation, which can help curb the effects of everything from asthma to eczema to acne. We happened upon some of these drool-worthy recipes on the Oh She Glows website, we want to try the Detox Tabbouleh!
