Protein fills you up, so you can make it to your next meal and not nosh on crap in between! It’s easy to run out the door in the morning without eating (always grab an apple!), or order some expensive, fatty lunch — or think you’ve earned half a pizza at the end of a stressful day.

Always keep some whole-grain bread in the freezer, and a jar of raw nut butter (peanut, almond, sesame etc) in the fridge to make a twist on the best childhood meal of all-time: peanut-butter toast. Mix it up by adding fresh fruit atop the two tablespoons of nut butter — like sliced bananas, blackberries, blueberries strawberries (which you can also keep in the freezer) — or even something you’ve never tried before, like fresh mango! Drizzle with honey. And for an extra kick, mix some cinnamon and protein powder together, and sprinkle.

Drink with a tall glass of water, with lemon or lime, and eat slowly. Remember to chew your food well, don’t gulp it down with your drink. Allow your body to digest, and feel full. Connect with that full feeling to curb any tendency to overeat! We love you!
