    As far as the Shelf Booty Squats what can I do to replace this exercise and get the same results if a treadmill is unavailable…..

      Do you have bad knees? If so, you can get those ankle weights that velcro (when you’re ready, you don’t need them to start). Stand straight on one leg, maybe a hand on a wall or chair, keep your other leg straight, and lift back, tensing your butt. Also try bending at the knee (the one you’re pushing back, keeping the leg you’re standing on straight or slightly bent whatever most comfortable for you), and doing the same thing. An overview of butt exercises would be a good blog post for next week, thanks, I’ll post the link when it’s done! Thanks Kyndra!
