For A Tasty Kick, Try Our Spicy Mexican Omelette!


Check out this recipe for our spicy Mexican omelette! This is a great source of protein and carbs to get you moving in the morning!  You’ll need:


—Red, Green and yellow peppers (Chopped)
—Cilantro (Chopped)
—Onions (Diced)
—1 Jalapeno pepper (chopped)
—3 eggs (whisked, add milk and pepper)
—1 tomato (thinly sliced)


Begin by grilling the chopped peppers, chopped jalapeno and onions in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Once peppers and onions become slightly soft, add eggs (after whisking).  Add sliced tomatoes and cilantro, and fold eggs over.  Let cook for just a few more seconds, remove from heat and you’re ready to enjoy a great snack!
