By focusing on your lower body’s major muscle groups, you can build a stronger, curvier and more toned lower body all while getting enough cardio to burn a substantial amount of calories.
Being by doing 55 Jumping squats, followed by walking on an incline of 15% or higher at a speed of 2.8MPH for 4 minutes. And Voila you’ve got a quickie workout routine in just no time. This routine can be done at home or in the gym if you don’t have a treadmill try sprinting instead for 4 minutes around the block and that’s all you need to get fit in just about 5 minutes a day!
