Delicious Salmon Recipe

Baked Salmon

4 oz. Fillet of Salmon

½ tsp Dill

½ tsp Lemon Pepper

1 tsp Coconut Oil

A pinch of Salt

½ tsp Black Pepper

1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, stir together your coconut oil, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and seasoning. Set aside. Brush your salmon fillet lightly with the mixture. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven or until it flakes easily with a fork. Serve with brown rice and steamed asparagus. 1 serving.
